About the Welding Program
The Welding Program at North American Trade Schools provides comprehensive training in key welding methods: Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW or ‘MIG’), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW or ‘TIG’), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW or ‘Stick’).


The program not only equips students with practical skills in these techniques but also offers support in obtaining Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certifications, enhancing their qualifications for a wide range of welding careers.
